The Managing Director is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of the academy and fitness center’s operations. She ensures that the company’s strategic vision is translated into structured, measurable, and successful daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities.

The role combines strong organizational leadership, operational planning, and people management to drive efficiency, growth, and sustainability across all departments.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology

• Certified in Business Project Management

• Strong experience in management and organizational leadership

• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills

• Ability to manage people, processes, and performance simultaneously

The Technical Director is responsible for the overall football philosophy, technical structure, and player development pathway within the academy.

He ensures that all coaching, training, and performance programs align with the academy’s vision of developing players to professional standards.

The Head Coach of F FRANK Football Academy Dubai is responsible for leading the technical and tactical development of all players within the academy, while implementing a professional football culture aligned with international standards.

Under the leadership of former professional player and Ghana international John Mensah, the role brings elite-level experience, discipline, and global football insight into the academy structure.

Odette Wirsiy serves as the Online Education Instructor, responsible for delivering high-quality virtual academic instruction and personalized learning support to students and clients enrolled in the academy’s education programs.

She is a highly qualified and experienced professional educator with extensive teaching experience in UAE schools. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English, a Higher Teacher’s Certificate in Teaching (Major in English), and is a Google Certified Educator, demonstrating advanced competence in modern digital teaching tools and online learning environments.

Her role ensures that student-athletes and external clients achieve academic excellence alongside their football development, supporting the academy’s holistic development model.

• Higher Teacher’s Certificate in Teaching (Major in English)

• Level 5 Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)

• UAE Licensed Teacher
